To submit material for the web page:
All submissions should be sent to the webmaster by e-mail, as an attachment.
Text should be in MS Word (with or without images).
Data should be in MS Excel or .PDF.
Images should be in .JPG or .JPEG format, low resolution (between 72 and 96 dpi), 1% (lowest possible) compression. Max. filesize 100 Kb.
Every image file should be named. (Please, no numbered photos from your scanner or digital camera, and no spaces in a file name. See next.)
Please note the web format for file names: filename.extension.
The extension may be .doc or .jpg or .jpeg etc.
The filename may be as long as you wish but may not include any symbol other than _ (underline). [Space, comma, period, ?, &, etc. is not acceptable for uploading.]
Replace every space character with an underline.

To submit material to the Executive Committee:
Text should be in MS Word - .doc
Budget or other financial data should be in Excel - .xls
The Registration Form should be a Word  .doc file.
